I have been a real estate agent since 1994. I studied my real estate course under the great teacher John Sullivan. He has been an agent for many years and was able to effectively convey excitement and interest in the field of real estate. He gave us many scenarios of his experience that helped me to become familiar with the many aspects of listing and selling property.
He then hired me as an agent in his ERA Real Estate office in Springdale, AR. This gave me great experiences with real estate laws, ethics, and city sales.
I purchased the United Country Office in Huntsville in 1988 where I am the Principal Broker and have several agents working for me. This has proven to be a very valuable asset to my knowledge in the real estate world. Rural property is unique and diversified and seldom does one find like-kind properties in Madison County. Therefore I have learned many different aspects and requirements in the process and feel I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to help my clients with all their real estate needs.
